There seems to be a lot of interest in the Smith ancestry. I am looking for the following line. Any help would be appreciated: Charles Geiger Smith B. 2-11-1822 in Tennessee married Lydia Belle Lindsay in Morgan Co., IL in 1846 . They had 14 children--one of which was Jess William Smith B. May 26, 1871 in Missouri. One is his children was James Louis Smith b. 1-4-1899 which was my grandfather. Any help with this line would be appreciated. Thank you for sending this link on. I found a listing for an old broadside ad that my husband's gguncle had used to advertise his business in Canton in 1869. I sent off for the form to order a print of it as it. Neat!
