Hi, everybody-- I subscribe to the Genealogy.com census. It contains the 1860 Fulton County, Illinois, census and purports to have an index. I'll be happy to do look-ups. I'm awfully busy, so I may be kind of slow about it. The county is subdivided into townships, so if they've transcribed your ancestor's name incorrectly, I might still be able to find him/her if you can tell me which township he lived in.
