    3. I may know something about Baptists. There was a group called Predestinarian Baptists that was active in central Illinois in the early to mid 1800s. Actually they still exist but not in massive numbers as Primitive Baptists. They have a library in Carthage, IL, which purports to have collected old records. I hear mixed things about their cooperation but I'd say it is worth a try. http://www.olpbc.com/ It's in frames so things are trickier to locate. Go to the page and click on library and then primative baptist library and then index to primative baptist... and then church and family history...in Illinois, then Fulton County. If you find anything useful contact them. In 1878 I find a marriage record for an Ephraim SINNET to Mrs. Indiana MORRIS, who was also found in the 1880 census. Her daughter Lydia MORRIS was listed as a SINNETT. Levi and Indiana also had a son Allen L MORRIS. Cannot find anything on him after the 1870 census either. > > Lydia MORRIS first married Adrian BURHANS, than when he past on she married Samuel WHITEHEAD. I recently found out that Levi's brother was of the Baptist faith and that one of the Elders moved to Floyd Co., Ia where Squire was found also. This elder moved to start a new church and that the Baptist Church in Fulton had alot of MORRIS going there.
