Yocum family to McDonough and Fulton Co., about 1850; Most of the Yocums in this area were members of the same family. Copeland family of Greene Co., PA to area about 1860; lived in McDonough and Fulton Counties; several siblings traveled here together, including Alfred, Alpheus, John, William and Samuel; sisters Mary Ann Copeland Woody and Abigail Copeland Baremore.
