Dear List, Does anyone on this list know where the "National Store" was located in Canton? It was in business in 1869 and was located "off the square", just a few doors down from Bell's Drug Store. Can anyone tell me more about this National Store? My husband's ancestors owned a dry good store and, according to an old broadside advertisement, their store was located at this National Store.
