You will need the marriage record or perhaps the probate record where her father is leaving part of his estate to his daughter Susan Bell. Maybe a Bible record could be found. William and Susan Bell were married ca 1865 based on their oldest child's age. This family is also found on the 1870 Census for Fulton County, Lee Township, Page 124. I could not make a copy of the actual census as it is on Ancestry.com. On this census William H. Bell is listed as being 27 years old and Susan is 22 years old. Their oldest child is listed as Kitty N., 4 years old and Maria L. 3 years old. William is listed as being born in IL, but Susan is listed as being born in OH.
