I'll be happy to share this information with a couple of friends who recently visited the Ostfriesland area. They are going to be presenting the program at the Tazewell County (IL) Genealogical & Historical Society meeting in Pekin IL next Tuesday evening, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. Visitors are always welcome. Thanks to the efforts of this couple we have a very large collection of Ostfriesland books pertaining to genealogy in our library and we encourage people to visit us to do some research.
