    3. Hi Everyone, Many sincere thanks to all contributors this month! It's been wonderful! Here are a few updates for the month of October: * Anna Cooke Petrick submitted more data concerning the Burnetts buried in Coal Creek Lutheran Cemetery. * Max Latimer contributed wonderful Canton school pictures from an 1891 souvenir booklet: Wright, Canton High, Hulit, Kellogg and Maple schools. * Ron Manroe transcribed Chapters 32 & 33 from the 85th Illinois Infantry book. <>Tina Reed submitted a lovely school class picture circa 1890's... Rohrer school. Tina also submitted postcards of the P.& O. shop in Canton, Mrs. Orendorff's residence and the Parlin * Public library.45 new biographies from the 1879 History of Fulton County have been transcribed by Carla Finley! This completes Astoria Township. Putman and Union townships biographies are coming very soon. * Obituaries for: o Samuel Lord sent in by Andrew Peplow. o Samuel Dray sent in by Jan Foster. o Mrs. N. L. Hagaman sent in by Pam Bush. o James Sherwood sent in by Carla Finley. * Civil War veterans' tombstone pictures are now available for: o Isaac David sent in Gary Green. o Frederick Palmer & Alfred Weaver sent in by Byron & Kathryn Palmer. o Alexander McLain, picture taken by Merle Rudebusch and sent in by Jan Stauffer.
