The Fosters that married into My Mills lines all connect to Zebulon Foster who moved from NY to Hamilton Co., Ohio and then to Indiana and on to Fulton Co., Illinois. Stephen Sumner Phelps married Phebe Chase Jan. 21, 1828 in Lewistown, Fulton County. They moved to Oquauka, Henderson County, IL where they had six children. Phebe died a year after the last child was born. Stephen then married Salome Patterson. I cannot seem to find out where or what happened to the six children. Max

While I was viewing different churches in Fulton (Of the Primitive Baptist) that Cheryl sent me, I noticed ALOT of the surnames people have mentioned.
