I would like to find the grave (and dates) of John LUDLUM, but I have no idea when he died, most likely before 1870, or where, but probably Astoria. I would appreciate any help you could provide. 1. Re: Cemetery Inscriptions
    2. The Fulton County Genealogy society read and published all the cemeteries in Fulton County in about 15 volumes (by Township). They have also publshed Marriage records thru book F (about 1910), Funeral Home records, Census Index for 1840, 1850 and I believe are working on 1870. 1860 Census Index was put out by the McDonough County Genealogy Society. They have also done an index to the early county history. I am not sure what else. Julia Colddren-Walker

    3. Phyllis, That's a very nice offer. How & where did you get the Cemetery Inscriptions? I'd really like to have one. Does it include all the cemeteries in Fulton Co? There is one g-uncle that I'll ask about, Edward Ross Murphy b. 1870 in Cuba. I believe Uncle Ross was living in Bryant when he died but I think I saw his grave in the Cuba Cemetery some few years back. Or it could have been his son, I think the name was the same but don't actually know since I never knew his son. I think Uncle Ross died sometime in the 1940's but that's iffy too. Thank you, -Mary E. (Murphy) Matthews marymatthews@hotmail.com

    1. Nathan & Mary HOLMES:KY>Fullton Co., Il; 1833
    2. Art Miller
    3. Trying to find connections to Nathan & Mary HOLMES who came to Farmer Twp., Fulton Co., Ill. from Green Co., Ky. in 1833. Nathan died 1838 and Mary died 1845 and they are buried at Zoll Cemetery. My most pressing issue is trying to find out how old they were when they died. I understand the tombstones are somewhat buried so the age at death doesn't show. Does anyone have any idea on how to obtain this important bit of information without going there myself? Also, willing to share other info on this family. Art Miller, Louisville

I am not sure which husband belongs to my Mrs. Evans. Any Evans researchers in Fulton? Any help appreciated! Debbie
