Charles Lee Scarbrough, age 57, of West Frankfort, passed away February 21, 2013 at 9:10 P.M. at the Franklin Hospital in Benton. He was born February 20, 1956 in Elgin, Illinois to Russell and Marion ( Markham) Scarbrough. He is survived by his mother, Marion Scarbrough of West Frankfort, 2 brothers, Michael Scarbrough of Wisconsin and Russell Scarbrough of Dixon, Illinois and by two sisters, Norma Brungart of Aurora, Il. and Kathy Shelby of West Frankfort as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father. It was his wish to be cremated. Parker-Reedy Funeral home in West Frankfort is in charge of arrangements.
