Joyce Faye Schach-Taylor Joyce Faye Schach-Taylor, age 58 of West Frankfort, passed away April 28, 2013 at 6:40 p.m. at the Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. She was born June 25, 1954 in Chicago Heights, Illinois to Bobby J.H. Taylor and Mildred (Thomas) Taylor. She is survived by a daughter, Corina (Tommy) Haskell of Elkville and by a son, Alfred (Becky) Schach of West Frankfort, grandchildren, Jordan and Trenton Schach and Taylor and Tyler Hawk. She is also survived by her mother, Mildred Taylor of West Frankfort, sisters, Linda Ragain of New Burnside, Sherry Podell of West Frankfort and Barbelle Urban of Freeman Spur and by a brother, Robert E. Taylor of West Frankfort as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, a brother, James H. Taylor and by a sister, Debra Cornella. She had formerly worked for Maytag in Herrin. Memorial services will be at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Parker-Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort.
