After a day and a half struggling with my massive database (240,000 names, dates, locations, etc.) an Ancestry technician was able to "unsnaggle" my database (i.e., it is workable again!) without losing any information. Good to go! ....won't be losing as much sleep, for now anyway. ...am just about caught up with the FCI input. - Tom Wilson
