He was born on Friday, March 10, 1950 in West End, Illinois to Segal Ray and Lorene (Gailbreath) Hall. He married Jane Glenn on August 10, 1967 in West Frankfort, Illinois. Terry is survived by his wife: Jane Hall of Texico, Illinois, daughter: Kellie Woodrome and husband Lincoln of Texico, Illinois, two grandchildren: Jacob Woodrome of Texico, Illinois and Josie Woodrome of Texico, Illinois, and two sisters: JoAnn Thompson and husband Gary of Fayetteville, Tennessee and Linda Leeson and husband Tom of Canandaigua, New York. Several Nieces and Nephews also survive. His parents and one sister: Barbara Williams preceded him in death.
