Services will be held Thursday, Dec 31, at 2 p.m. in the Poulson Funeral Home. Burial, with Military Rites will be in the Masonic & Odd Fellows Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Mr. Talley was born on March 13, 1931, the son of James and Martha (Brown) Talley.
