The parents of Peter Frank SUMMERS (b. 1824, Sumner County, Tennessee, d. 25 Jan 1864, FCI) was Thomas SUMMERS, Sr. and Priscilla (Celia) SUMMERS. Amanda (SUMMERS) SANDERS and Russell Greenville SANDERS actually had seven (7) children, with two being born before Charlie (see 1880 Federal Census). Their children are: (1) Josephine Sanders, 1877, FCI, (2) Hulda Sanders, b. 1878, FCI, (3) Charlie Sanders, (aka Charley, Charles) Jan 1882, Browning, FCI. Charlie married first (#1) Permelia Fisher (b. 1893, Perry County, IL) on 08 Sept 1914, Benton, Illinois. They had one son - (1) Lewis Sanders, b. 1916. Charlie married second (#2) Adeline Darnell (aka Addie). In the 1940 FCI census, Charles and Addie were living in Browning Township, FCI, with his son - Lewis Sanders, b. 1916, age 24 and with Charlie's mother - Amanda (Summers) Sanders, b. 1853, age 87, (4) Myrtle Sanders, b. Feb 1884 (5) Alonzo Sanders, b. Feb 1877, (6) Arley Sanders, b. 31 Mar 1889, m. Nora Lynn, b. 1898 and (7) Minnie Sanders, b.
