Vernon people and a Harrisburg dentist has resulted in a $67,130 lawsuit in circuit court. The suit, filed here late Monday, is Charles E. SARGENT, as administrator of the estate of Emory P. SARGENT and Ruby SARGENT vs. Marie DOLLINS WEBB, as administrator of the estate of Lester I. WEBB. Killed in the crash north of Mt. Vernon on June 15 were Emory P. SARGENT, 67, of Route 5, Mt. Vernon, his wife Ruby, 63, and Dr. Lester I. WEBB, 63, a prominent Harrisburg dentist. The plaintiff alleges that the late Dr. WEBB was at fault in the accident. The suit seeks $30,000 each for the deaths of Mr. and Mrs. SARGENT, $4,500 funeral costs and $2,600 for damage to the Sargent car. The plaintiff asks a jury trial. I have Dr. Lester Ingram WEBB as s/o Marion Artemus WEBB (1865-1908) and Sarah Ella INGRAM (1868-1946) who m. 23 Dec 1888 FCI They are both buried at Thurmond Cem, Ewing Twp, FCI Dr. Lester Ingram WEBB m.
