Just to confuse you all ever more - JCI Marriage Register (hand-written) has: R W BURKHEAD(sic) age 45 & Barbara E PEAVLER age 23 were married on July 16, 1874 (the July 14, 1874 date is the date when License was obtained) There are so many such errors in JCI marriages on-line ... sigh... -SRJ (p.s.
