Alice L. Manning, 78, of Benton died at 3:47 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at the Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in Mt. Vernon. Arrangements are incomplete at this time. The Leffler-Poulson Funeral Home of Benton, is in charge of the arrangements.
