Pat, I don't have 2 Judge Andrew Duff WEBB's... I have 3 Andrew Duff WEBBs tho Judge Andrew Duff (1864-1921) & Clara Bell GREEN (1865-1954) had a son Andrew Duff "Andy" WEBB II (1904-1964) who was a Police Capt. in Mt. Vernon IL. He married Opal Marian RILEY (1903-1991) 27 Feb 1926 Mt. Vernon IL They had a son Andrew Duff "Bud" WEBB (1933-1998) I went to high school in Mt Vernon IL with Bud, but only knew him as "Bud" - sometime after high school, he joined the U.S. Navy.
