Wayde "Rooster" Matthew Kelley, 19, died at 4:20 a. m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, in Kindred Hospital in Springfield. Mr. Kelley was born Jan. 10, 1994, in Herrin, the son of Larry Dean "Hokey" Kelley Jr. and Marcia (Kovach) Kelley. Wayde was a 2012 graduate of Benton Consolidated High School and enjoyed riding four-wheelers, fishing, hunting and was an excellent arm wrestler. Surviving relatives include his mother, Marcia Kelley of Benton; father, Hokey Kelley of Macedonia; two brothers, Cody "Slim" Kelley of Benton, and Clay "Shorty" Kelley of Macedonia; one sister, Rachel Kelley of Benton; maternal grandparents, John and Brenda Kovach of Mulkeytown; paternal grandparents, Larry Dean Kelley Sr. of Macedonia, Tessa Evans of Marion; and paternal great-grandmother, Belle Evans of Macedonia. Services will be at 7 p. m. Tuesday at Hobb-Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory in Benton, with Brother Jason Forby offi-ciating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p. m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
