Daughter-in-law of the late Norman and Dorothea WILCOX of Whittington Margaret R. "Marge" Wilcox, age 64, of Bluford, Illinois passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Marge was a homemaker and served as the past president and current secretary of Jefferson County Home Extension. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church where she served as the past president and currently served as the vice president of the congregation. Margaret Wilcox was born Wednesday, October 19, 1949 in South Dakota to Milton and Phyllis Starks. She married Ralph Wilcox and he preceded her in death on December 17, 2005. Her husband, mother, and one sister: Sharon Morris preceded her in death.
