The Southern Illinoisan, February 18, 2009 Patricia Lynn Parshudie CARBONDALE - Patricia Lynn Parshudie , 26, died suddenly at 1:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 2009. She was born March 29, 1982, in Elmhurst to Phyllis (Woolard) McEndree of Benton, and Kerry Richards of Workville. She married Thomas Parshudie on Aug. 22, 2004, and he survives in Carbondale. Patti was a wonderful homemaker with so much love for her home, family and community kids. She volunteered and contributed to the Salvation Army angel tree program, buying and wrapping gifts. She also was a volunteer babysitter for the kids in the neighborhood and the community. She had a special love for all the children she came in contact with. Patricia leaves behind two children, Cheryl Jean Rabbacci and Mackenzie Lynn Parshudie . Patti was the first of six children; two brothers, Jack Richards of Colorado, and Scott Allen Wohlgemuth, who preceded her in death; three sisters, Megan Richards of Elmhurst, Kaleigh Richards of Elmhurst and Rochelle Wohlgemuth of Johnston City. She was a step daughter to Kristine Richards of Elmhurst and Larry McEndree of Benton; beloved aunt to Jacki Lynn Richards, Jordan Lee Richards and Scott Allen Wohlgemuth. She was preceded in death by her grandma and grandpa, Oma and Jack Woolard; grandma, Juanita Richards; aunt, Katherine Wozniak; and brother, Scott Allen Wohlgemuth. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday Feb. 20, 2009, in the Gilbert Funeral Home in Christopher, with the Rev. Charles Klassen officiating. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009, at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Horse Prairie Cemetery in Sesser. Patti was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, niece and friend and will be deeply missed by all who ever met or knew her.
