The Herald & Review, Decatur, IL, December 12, 2002 WINDSOR - Leona Lee Risley , 82, of Windsor went to meet her Lord and Savior at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 10, 2002) at the Eastview Terrace, Sullivan. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in First Christian Church, Windsor, with the Rev. Richard Eident officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery. Memorials: First Christian Church, Windsor. Mrs. Risley was born Oct. 19, 1920, in Sesser, the daughter of John and Cora Forrest Dilliner. She was a member of First Christian Church, Windsor. She married Virgil Lee Risley on June 26, 1937, in Sesser. He preceded her in death on Dec. 28, 1997. Surviving are sons, Louis Risley of Mattoon; Howard Risley of Sullivan; Bill Risley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; Richard Risley of Austin, Texas; Wayne Risley of Arthur; and Dale Risley of Mount Vernon; daughter, Bonnie Ballinger of Bourbannais; sisters, Daisy Merril and Norma Swisher, both of Sesser; Doris Carmen of Mount Vernon; and Deen Thomas of Fancy Farms, Ky.; 19 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one daughter, two brothers and two sisters.
