I've been following the exchange on the Risley families and found the daughter Ella to be a bit confusing. It appears she had 3 husbands. I started with her living with her parents in 1900 & 1910 and then followed her through 1920, 1930 & 1940 censuses as well as her marriage license to Miles Ozee in Charleston, Mississippi Co, MO. Her age in 1900 census and her Social Security Death Index record don't match but I believe this is the same person throughout these records. Her brother John Logan Risley's obit shows her name as Ella Ozie. Mt. Vernon Register News -- June 8, 1964, Monday, page 2 Funeral services for John Logan Risley were to be conducted at 1:00 a.m. today at the Baptist church in Bonnie, with the Rev. Elmer Tice officiating. Burial was to be in Kirk cemetery. Mr. Risley, 80, of Bonnie, died Saturday moming in Good Samaritan Hospital. He was bom April 7, 1884. in Franklin county, the son of Henry and Cora (Purnell) Risley. Survivors include three sons, Roy Risley of Kankakee, Raymond and Jeff Risley. both of Mt. Venion; a daughter, Mrs. Mary M.
