Skinner Dies At Age 82; Funeral At Ina Mrs. Effie Viola Skinner, 82, died at 10:20 a.m. Thursday at her home in Whittington. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Methodist church in Ina with the Rev. Earl Myers and the Rev. Everette Beaty officiating. Burial will be in Kirk cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Ina Funeral Home where friends may call after 4:00 p.m. today. Mrs. Skinner was born April 23. 1880, in Ewing, the daughter of William A. and Mary E. She was married to Samuel (Lawson) Cole. (sic.) W. Skinner, who preceded her in death Feb. 23, 1940. She is survived by one son, Clyde R. Skinner of this city; a brother, Ovid Cole of Whittington; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Skinner was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.
