Union funeral Home & Southern Illinoisan Websites April 11, 2015 WEST FRANKFORT -- Scott A. Wilson, 52, died at 4:02 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015, in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Scott was born July 14, 1962, in West Frankfort, to Virgil and Joyce (Simpson) Wilson. Survivors include son, Mike Swan of Christopher, daughter, Amie Wilson of West Frankfort; special friend, Vickie Wilson of West Frankfort; brothers, Jeff Wilson and Greg Wilson, both of West Frankfort, Tony Wilson of Missouri, and Paul Haggerty of Nashville, Tennessee; sisters, Melanie Hampton of Herrin, and Sherry Crofford of West Frankfort; grandchildren, Andrew and Drake Wilson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in by death his parents; sisters, Judy and Janice Wilson; and brother, James Wilson. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, in East Fork Cemetery.There will be no visitation.
