Friday Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p. m. at Horse Prairie Baptist church, northeast of Sesser, for Mrs. Jewell McVaigh. Mrs. McVaigh, a former resident of Sesser, died last Friday at Albany, Oregon. The Rev. Lepton Harpole will officiate at the funeral and burial will be in Horse Prairie cemetery. The body will remain at the Brayfield Funeral Home in Sesser. Mrs. McVaigh Is survived by her mother, Mrs. Maggie Atchenson (sic.) of Sesser; her husband, Jess; one son, Jimmy of Port Smith, New Hampshire; three brothers, William of Whittington, James of Buckner and Kent of Chicago Heights; and four sisters, Mrs. Chesta Sulcer and Mrs. Beulah Hudson of Sesser, Mrs. Freda Barber of Jackson, Mich. and Mrs. Sadie Lewis of Chicago Heights.
