Union Funeral Home Website April 11, 2015 Bonnie J. Smith 9/14/1962 - 4/7/2015 Bonnie Smith, 52, of Conway, Arkansas died at 8:00a.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at her home. She was born September 14, 1962 in Benton, Illinois to Fred and Ruth Morgan. Her husband, Joel Smith, whom she married September 11, 1982 preceded her in death. Mrs. Smith was a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for many years. She is survived by her son, Michael and wife Sylvia Smith of Rogers, Arkansas; along with sisters, Shirley Rice, Patsy Mason, Donna Green, Nancy Morgan, Mary Morgan, Becky Cepolski, and Kelly Morgan; brothers, James Morgan, and Kevin Morgan; two granddaughters, Kati and Zoey Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joel Smith; parents; brother, Steve Morgan; and sister, Kathy Taylor. Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 12, 2015 at 2:00p.m. in Union Funeral Home - West Frankfort, Illinois with Brother Charles Brookhouse officiating. Burial will be in the #8 Cemetery - Johnston City, Illinois. Visitation will also be Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 12:00-2:00p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
