Beverly A. Foster, 63, of West Frankfort passed away at 7:09 p.m. Thursday, January 15, 2015 in the Westside Care Center in West Frankfort. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 7, 1951 to Marvin and Margaret (Hiller) Baaso. She married Bayard Foster and he preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Amy Pelton of West Frankfort and Julie Pelton and husband, Jason Miller of Omaha, Nebraska; son, Brian Pelton and wife, Sarah Watson of Omaha, Nebraska; four grandchildren, Kayla Thomas, D.T. Thomas, Kendyl Pelton and Jack Miller; two brothers, Dennis Baaso and Ronald Baaso both of Michigan and many other extended family members and friends who she considered as her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bayard and a sister, Deborah Ardman It was her wish to be cremated there will be no services.
