Annetta Louise Tharp, 65, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 11:46 a.m. at Westside Care Center in West Frankfort, Illinois.  She was born August 8, 1949 in St. Louis, MO to Dwight and Berniece (Gibbs) Tharp. Annetta grew up in Belleville, Illinois and later moved in 2000 to West Frankfort with her parents.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents: Alva and Etta Tharp; Levi and Cassie Gibbs.  Survivors include her uncle, Ethridge (Lola) Tharp of Christopher; and cousins: Dean (Sylvia) Tharp of West Frankfort; Judy (George) Buck and Diane Rhodes of Springfield, Illinois, Jean Berger of Newburgh, Indiana; Sue (Dave) Painter of Waynesville, North Carolina; Jackie (Tom) Johnson of Rochester, New York. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 16, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Union Funeral Home in West Frankfort, Illinois with Brother Mike Cash officiating. Visitation will be Friday, January 16, 2015 at the funeral home from 12 Noon until the time of the service.  Burial will be at Tower Heights in West Frankfort, Illinois.
