Mary Alice Reeves, 76, died at 7:32 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, in Herrin Hospital. She was born Oct. 4, 1938, in West Frankfort, to William and Elizabeth (Cook) Crawford.Mary was a member of First Christian Church in West Frankfort.She was the West Frankfort Librarian for many years.She was a member of the Red Hat Society and Beta Sigma Phi SororitySurvivors include son, Keith and wife, Janet Reeves of West Frankfort; daughter, Karen and husband, Thaddeus Signor of McAllen, Texas; and grandchildren, Jonathon and Julie Reeves.She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Reeves; and her parents.Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, in Union Funeral Home, with Pastor Jason Ishmael officiating. Burial will be in Denning Cemetery on Orient Road. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, at the funeral home.Memorials may be made to First Christian Church in West Frankfort, or to West Frankfort Library.  Envelopes will be available and accepted at the funeral home.
