Mr. Ezra Paul Frailey, formerly of Belle Rive, went home to be with his Father, Lord, and Savior on Friday at 7:15 A.M., January 2, 2015. Mr. Frailey was honored as one of Jefferson County’s Senior Saints in 2001 for his many contributions to church and community. Mr. Frailey was an elder in the Mt. Vernon and Belle Rive Churches of Christ for many years prior to his deteriorating health. His life and memory will be an example of Christ-likeness to all who knew him.  He will be missed, but we know where he is going and we will see him soon.Funeral Service for Mr. Frailey will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 5, 2015 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Visitation will be from 5 – 8:00 P.M. Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Hughey Funeral Home in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Burial will follow at Oddfellows Cemetery in Dahlgren, Illinois with Minister Jason Adams officiating.  For those who wish, memorials may be given to Belle Rive Church of Christ in Memory of Ezra Paul Frailey and will be accepted at the funeral home or may be mailed to Hughey Funeral Home, P.O. He was the cherished father of Carolyn Frailey Driskill, Ronald Paul Frailey (deceased), and Pauletta Frailey. He was also a wonderful example and loving grandfather to Tara Renee Driskill, Jared Patrick Driskill, Ian Roy Driskill, Myla Frailey Wilson, Lydia Frailey Lindemann, Erin Frailey Mays, and great-grandfather to Ethan Capps, Lauren, Emma, and Jace Wilson; Eli, Gabby, Mattie, and Auggie Lindemann; Kylie, Brenner, and Ezra Kole Mays; Ryan and Ava Rene Driskill; and Garrett Driskill.
