Source Parker-Reedy Funeral Home website Mar 21, 2015 Eugene Julian Eugene Julian, 93, of West Frankfort passed away at 6:05 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2015 in the Westside Care Center in West Frankfort. He was born January 8, 1922 in West Frankfort to Arthur and Pearl (Williams) Julian. He married Mary Jane (Rowles) Julian on December 25, 1942. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Julian of West Frankfort; son, Thomas Eugene Julian and wife, Sondra of West Frankfort; a daughter, Teresa Ann Kendall of Ballwin, Mo.; two grandchildren, Andrew Julian and wife, Sue of Eddyville, Il. and Aaron Julian of Ballwin, Mo.; four great grandchildren, William, Alex, Aidan and Emma Julian; He is also survived by his twin sister, Irene Schwartz of Ft. Myers, Fl. and a brother, Thomas Julian and wife, Wava of West Frankfort and by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Hampton Julian and sisters, Marie Dugger and Margaret Nix. He was a member of the UMWA and retired from the Old Ben # 21 Coal Mine. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 23, 2015 in the Parker-Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort with Rev. Alan Summers officiating. Burial will be in the East Fork Cemetery in West Frankfort. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
