He was born June 6, 1959 in Chicago to John T. and Dorothy (Isaacs) Dziadus. He is survived by his son, Nathan Bautista and wife, Heather of Rantoul, Il.; granddaughter, Alexis; mother, Dorothy Dziadus of Villa Park, Il.; brother, John Dziadus Jr. of Villa Park, Il.; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015 in the Parker-Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort with Rev. Alan Summers officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Thompsonville. Visitation will be after 12:00 p.m. Noon Saturday at the funeral home. To sign the guest register visit www.parkerreedyfuneralhome.com.
