Larry was born July 4, 1938, in West Frankfort, to Raymond Harlin and Martha Elizabeth (Nolen) Miller. He married Margaret Sue (Branche) Miller on May 26, 1971. Together they shared 41 years of marriage. She preceded him in death on Nov. 30, 2012. Larry was retired having been a welder and a fabricator for many years. Before his health began to fail he enjoyed going to have coffee with his buddies. He also liked to hunt and fish. Larry is survived by five children, Steven (Jennifer) Miller of Joliet, Natalie (John) Murry of Energy, Kevin (Tina) Miller, Mike (Melissa) Miller of Johnston City, LeAnn Miller of Las Vegas; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two on the way. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by his parents; a son, David Allen Miller; two brothers, Nolen Leon "Lefty" Miller and William Raymond Miller; and two sisters, Wanda Lea Sellars and Phyllis Ann Landrum. Celebration of life services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 28, in Pyle Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donnie Colson officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Lakeview Cemetery.
