Vantrease Funeral Home Website Mar 23, 2015 Marsha Lynn (Noto) Rowland, 59, of Zeigler, Illinois passed away at 1:57 p.m., Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale with her loving family at her side. Marsha was born February 29, 1956 in Christopher, Illinois to Angeline (Salingue) and Frank Noto. She married Jack Rowland November 15, 1991 in Paducah, Kentucky. He survives in Zeigler. She is also survived by daughter and her husband, April Lynn and Nathan Beckwith of Christopher; two granddaughters, Kylie and Jasmine Beckwith of Christopher; three uncles, John Salingue and Wynn Holland of Christopher and Phillip Salingue of Michigan; an aunt, Esther Salingue of Christopher; a sister and brothers-in-law, Sandy and Mike Dollins of DuQuoin and a brother and sister-in-law, Don and Debbie Rowland of Benton. Her parents; an uncle, Robert Salingue and an aunt, Sadie Holland preceded her in death. Mrs. Rowland was a graduate of Zeigler-Royalton High School, Class of 1974. She had managed Pooh's Video in Herrin and worked as a teacher at local children's day care centers. Grave side funeral services for Mrs. Rowland will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Zeigler Cemetery with Brother Denny Bush officiating. There will be no visitation, family and friends are asked to gather at the cemetery prior to the services.
