Rodger Gunter died in Utah on Jan 7th, 2015 age: 70 Date of birth 9-10-44 in West Frankfort, Ill. Parents: Fritz and Hazel Gunter. Married: Donna Gunter March 2, 1996 in Ramona, CA. Born in West Frankfort Ill. however their family moved to Deming New Mexico when he was 6 years old because of his asthma. There he lived until he joined the Navy at 16 Years old. He served his country for 20 years, retired and went to work as a civil servant doing the same work as he did while enlisted. He spent most of is military time in San Diego. Even though the military caused much travel, he and wife Donna loved getting in their motor home and taking off wherever and whenever they could. They moved to Utah in 2001 to retire and live the good life. He loved all of his children and grandchildren and spending time with them.He is survived in death by his wife Donna Gunter in Toquerville. Daughter Kelley and husband Lee Rowland. Daughter Shawna Gunter both of New Mexico. Step daughters Celena and husband Marty Brown of Ca. Kathlene Duggan UT. William Duggan of Nevada. Father Fritz Gunter wife Kay of West Frankfort Ill.
