Joyce Elizabeth Kennedy Tessone, 74, of West Frankfort passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 at the Benton Hospital with her loving family at her side. Joyce was born April 23, 1940 in Chicago, Illinois to Henry and Fern Laird Kennedy. She leaves to mourn her passing, her beloved husband, Dewayne Tessone of West Frankfort, sisters Darlene Blanchard of Starke, Florida and Marilyn Bird Kennedy of Herrin, Illinois, special cousin, Joyce Bavier Waller Gilmore of Christopher, IL and many nieces, nephews and cousins who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, two sisters Maxine Hallam and Charlene Logamann, a brother Dale Kennedy and a special Aunt Nina Laird Bavier. Joyce was of the Christian faith.
