Larry was born July 4, 1938, in West Frankfort, to Raymond Harlin and Martha Elizabeth (Nolen) Miller. He married Margaret Sue (Branche) Miller on May 26, 1971. Together they shared 41 years of marriage. She preceded him in death on Nov. 30, 2012. Larry was retired having been a welder and a fabricator for many years. Before his health began to fail he enjoyed going to have coffee with his buddies. He also liked to hunt and fish. Larry is survived by five children, Steven (Jennifer) Miller of Joliet, Natalie (John) Murry of Energy, Kevin (Tina) Miller, Mike (Melissa) Miller of Johnston City, LeAnn Miller of Las Vegas; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two on the way. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was also preceded in death by his parents; a son, David Allen Miller; two brothers, Nolen Leon "Lefty" Miller and William Raymond Miller; and two sisters, Wanda Lea Sellars and Phyllis Ann Landrum. Celebration of life services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 28, in Pyle Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donnie Colson officiating. Inurnment will be at a later date in Lakeview Cemetery. He retired after 22 years in the U.S. Army and was a veteran during World War II, and the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He attended Bear Point Church in Sesser. Thomas was born May 31, 1932, in West Frankfort, to George and Olive (Liddle) Pickering. He married Loretta (Stalcup) Pickering and she preceded him in death Oct.26, 2006. Survivors include children, Laura and Cary Hammonds of Mulkeytown, and David Pickering of Mulkeytown; grandchildren, Adrea Barnes and fiancé, Ryan Petro of Christopher, Kyle Hammonds and fiancée, Abigail Presswood of Du Quoin, and Kaylee and Derek Smith of Pinckneyville; and great-grandchildren, Sawyer Smith and Lorelai Hammonds. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Richard and George Pickering; and grandson, Brandon Thomas Pickering who died April 10, 2010, in Afghanistan. She was born May 22, 1922 east of West Frankfort to George and Pearl (Williams) Smith She married James E. Bonucchi on March 17, 1939 in Paducah, Ky. and he preceded her in death on December 20, 1998. Survivors include a daughter, Brenda Butler of West Frankfort; son, Butch and wife, Chris Bonucchi of Edwardsville, Il.; six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; son, Barry Joe Bonucchi; son-in-law, Lucky Butler and by a granddaughter, Michelle Butler. She was a member of the Heights Church of God in West Frankfort. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2015 in the Parker - Reedy Funeral Home in West Frankfort with Rev. She was born to the late Boman and Eva Rhine on March 27, 1933. Lodean married Donald Jack Harben in December 1949. He preceded her in death on September 7, 1973. Lodean is survived by one daughter, Jackie Willis (John), and a daughter-in-law, Becky Harben. Lodean is survived by sisters, Marilyn Neal, Benton, Glenda Drew (Paul), Benton and a brother, Ronald Rhine, of Benton. Other survivors include five grandchildren, Dr. J. Ryan Willis (Tara) of Mt. Vernon, Mitzie Bowlby (Matt), Desoto, Niki Jones (Jeremy), Benton, Jamie Lampley (Michael), Ashburn, VA, Marci Tarlton (Jeff), Marion. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren. She is survived by several nephews and nieces. A son, Mark A. Harben, preceded her in death on June 19, 2010. A brother, D.L. Rhine also preceded her in death in 2013, sister-in-law Betty Rhine in 2-14 and a brother-in-law, Jim Neal, in 2012. Lodean married Richard Lemons in November of 2000, and he survives. A step-daughter, Vicky Lemons, (Steve) also preceded her in death on March 4, 2015. Lodean is survived by a step-daughter, Mary Jo Kirkpatrick (Mark), of Santa Claus, Indiana. Lodean was a very industrious person and she worked hard her entire life. She used to love to have many plants in her backyard and worked very hard to make it attractive. Lodean had a special love for her family. She was a sweet lady and loved by many. Lodean was saved at an early age and was an active member of the Immanuel Baptist Church. She joined the church and was baptized there in April 1998. She loved the Lord and was thankful to him for much. Lodean's earthly life has come to an end now, but her heavenly life is just beginning. Her soul is with God now and she will spend all of eternity as co-heir with Jesus Christ. We, who are his children, can expectantly anticipate the time that we will be with our Lord forever, basking in his glory with our loved ones. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Immanuel Baptist Church, in Benton, with Dr. Sammy Simmons officiating. Burial will be in Masonic & Oddfellows Cemetery in Benton. He was born August 21, 1956 in Christopher, Illinois to Reuben Bryant and Grace Deloris (Gouge) Holleman. He married to the former Sue Reed and she survives. He loved his wife, family, his friends; He also loved to ride his Harley and his dog ""Knubb."" He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, Kevin Holleman. Survivors include his wife, Sue Holleman; brothers: Bryant (Betty) Holleman; Albert (Sue) Holleman; sister: Phyllis Poole; life long friend, Bob Baumgarte; and several nieces and nephews. Kathryn was born on September 7, 1920, in Benton, IL, the daughter of Tilman and Beulah (Isaacs) McCollum. She married Robert M. Munday on July 31, 1939 and he preceded her in death on May 8, 1990. Mrs. Munday retired from the Thompsonville Grade School as school librarian. She had previously worked for the Franklin County Law Library, Attorneys Hickman & Hickman, and Justice of the Peace Everett Lewis. Kathryn is remembered as a gracious lady and faithful follower of Jesus Christ with a gentle kindness and warmth of soul that reached every heart she touched. She was an avid lover of gardening, books, music, and the arts. Kathryn was a member of the First Baptist Church, Benton, IL, for 75 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Harry Daniels; one sister, Doris Seymour of Virginia Beach, VA; and two brothers, George E. McCollum and James Ernest (Ernie) McCollum, both of Benton. She is survived by her son, the Rev. Dr. Robert S. Munday and wife Christina of Montrose, CO; and one granddaughter, Laura E. Hazel was born on April 19, 1934 in Sesser to Luther and Gladys (Tucker) Wingo. She married Raymond Darnell and he preceded her in death September 1971. She is survived by her three children Mike Darnell of Sparta, Wendell and Linda of Pekin, and Sheryl and Stephen Wilson of West Frankfort. She is also survived by her sisters Ella and Cecil Webb, Sue and Gene Utlaut, Bess and Jack MyGatt and Etta Eubanks all of Sesser. 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins who she loved dearly. Hazel graduated from LPN school in 1978, she took great pride in being an LPN and loved taking care of the elderly. She worked at the Benton Nursing Home, Severin's Nursing Home, and Redwood Manor. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one daughter Teresa Darnell. She was a high energy, vibrant personality. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who love her. Serving as music director, as well as pianist, she also supervised crafts each summer for vacation Bible school. The last church she attended was Valley Chapel in Green Valley. She was a high energy, vibrant personality. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all who love her. Yvonne was born Oct. 4, 1929, in Christopher, Ill., to Tracy Baxter Fomby and Hazel Lillian (Galloway) Fomby. She married Marion Ray Shurtz on Feb. 22, 1948, in DuQuoin, Ill. He preceded her in death on July 24, 2014. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at the Morton & Johnston Funeral Home in Benton. Burial will be in the Harrison Cemetery in Buckner. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Tuesday at the funeral home. She was born May 13, 1933, in Andover, Maine, the daughter of Stephen and Dorothy (Buck) Abbott. She married Charles D. Haney on Sept. 7, 1963, and he survives.
