My great aunt, Jessie Brown was married to Francis Alonzo Hanner on June 16, 1929 in Franklin CO. Francis was the son of John and Susan Brown Hanner. Jessie passed away in Blairsville on Jan 5, 1931. I received her death certificate yesterday that was signed by Francis. There was a coroner's inquiry into her death, but the cause of her death was listed as unknown. The informant on the certificate was Francis. The certificate also indicated that they lived in Christopher. I am seeking information on Francis. I found him listed on the 1940 census in Detroit Michigan living with his sister Hazel and her husband Luther Pinkham. There was also a child listed with him named Francis J Hanner who was 8 years of age. Francis J is listed as a nephew to Luther and Hazel. I believe Francis J may be Francis Alonzo's son. I would like to find out what happened to both Francis Alonzo and Francis J. Jessie is buried in the Royalton cemetery. Her tombstone lists her name as Jessie Brown. I believe my grandmother provided the stone, so I don't know why she listed her as Brown instead of Hanner. Thanks for any help. Paula Meinert

Adam and Rachel have a son, John born circa 1829 (married Dicy Miller). John and Dicy have a son, John, born circa 1856 (married Margaret Lance). John and Jane Rea have a son, John, born circa 1824 (married a Sarah A). John and Sarah A have a son, John born circa 1846. Not to mention that John and Jane Rea have other sons who named a child John, for their father, and Adam and Rachel have other sons who named sons, John....either for their uncle John or their brother John. There are also a few Adams ! > I have a large Overturf file for the John Overturf/Jane Rea family. > > Bob > > -----Original Message----- > From: BLS<elvis500@frontier.com> > To: Franklin County<ilfrankl@rootsweb.com> > Sent: Mon, Feb 18, 2013 8:07 am > Subject: [ILFRANKL] OVERTURF, Mary Lou (death) > > > She was the daughter of Clarence and ?
