She was born July 18, 1921, in West Frankfort to Herbert and Rosetta (Wetzer) Doty. She married William Leroy Stalions on Sept. 1, 1940, and he preceded her in death June 13, 2005. Survivors include her daughters, Rosemary and (Daniel) Weakly of West Frankfort, Kathy and (Tom) Benedik of Marco Island, Fla., and Jane Osterhout of West Frankfort; grandchildren, Jimmy (Sue) Kinsman, Lora (Ed) Hammons, Amy (Randy) Blocker, Kimberly Odum, Elayne (Scott) Geba, Natalie Smith, David Osterhout and Stephanie Osterhout; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and a brother, John (Betty) Doty of Evansville, Ind.
