He was born in Zeigler April 17, 1913, the son of Steve and Isabel MORTON MEANOVICH. Sheldon, Thanks. I have him as buried in M&O - 18 Jan. 1952, & 2 sources, death certificate & Familysearch say M & O, but he is not listed in the M&O book. Yes his middle name is DAVIS but many people have it as David. He was named after his Grandfather, Golston Davis WHITLOW. I don't know anything about his wife, Clara. She was his 3rd. wife. They were living in Benton when he died.
