He had four children a daughter with his first wife and three children, two sons and one daughter, with his second wife. His firstborn son Michael Todd Loman was born and died March 15, 1972. Twanna Danielle Snow age 21 of Hillsboro, IL and a former resident of Bonnie passed away 2:07 a.m. Friday, April 18, 2014 at Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro, Illinois. Twanna was born in Mt. Vernon, Illinois on July 13, 1992 the daughter of Steven and Twila (Dees) Snow. Ms. Snow was a member of South Hickory Hill Christian Church. She was a Waltonville High School Class of 2010 graduate. Twanna had a love for fashion and was referred to as a leopard print diva. She is survived by her fiancée, Jeff Watson of Hillsboro, IL; father, Steven Snow and wife Renee of Mt. Vernon; brother, Blake Snow of Bonnie; sister, Taylor Snow of Mt. Vernon; step-sister, Ella Capps of Mt. Vernon; paternal grandparents, Cleatis and Shirley Snow of Mt. Vernon; maternal grandparents, Charles and Carole Dees of Bonnie; five aunts, Angela Summers and husband Douglas, Shelley McDowell and husband Mitch, Diane Boone and husband Les, Kathy Hulbert and husband Robert, and Rhonda Yeager and husband Frank; three uncles, Todd Snow, Sonny Snow, and Rusty Snow and wife Donna; her fiancée's parents, Lora and Robert Watson; life-long friend, Caleb Witges; and special cousin, Sonny Snow Jr. Twanna was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Twila (Dees) Snow and her stillborn son who passed with her Duane Micheal Snow-Watson. Funeral services for Twanna Snow will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Newell Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with Pastor Gary Davenport and John Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at South Hickory Hill Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Visitation will be held at Newell Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon from 4 pm until 8 p.m. on Tuesday.
