Hi! I just received a photocopy from IRAD of the marriage register from 14 Jun 1872 to 17 Aug 1872 with a marriage which I HOPE is my gr-gr-grandparents' marriage. Sadly the record only states their names, the date and number of the license, the date married and the date returned. It does mention the name of the Priest who performed the ceremony, and I was hoping someone might have some reference which might tell me which Kankakee County Catholic Church they were married in. The priest's name was Thomas ROY "a Roman Catholic Priest". the date was 21 Jul 1872. I thought that you could get copies of the actual marriage certificates at IRAD, does IRAD have them, or only the Counties? Thank you! Brenda Hébert
