    3. Father Thomas Roy was listed as the officiating Priest at St. George Catholic Church for many funerals during the period 4/19/1875 to 9/11/1875. He did occasional funerals also in 1868 & 1879 so he must have been loaned from another parish- possibly Bourbonnais or Manteno. I don't think the marriage records from St. George were ever transcribed from French. You might want to write to this Church and have them check.
