Hi, I'll jump in here with a request for information on births and baptism also, but mine are Lutheran. The RIECKMANN / RICKMANN family lived in the Grant Park area in the late 1860 - early 1870's. I'm specifically looking for children of Christoph RIECKMANN and his wife Elisabeth WOLLE: Katharina Maria Dorothea born 14 May 1871 and Wilhelm Friedrich born 21 Sept 1873 An older child had been baptized St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Beecher, but these 2 younger ones are not in the records there. I suspect that by 1871, there was a Lutheran Church closer to where the family lived.
