Hello, I'm new to the group and want to say HI! My great grandfather was born in Chebanse IL. around 1883 and then moved to Canada, don't know the reason. If anyone has any information about the Powleys in the area, please let me know. His name was Melville Edward Powley, and his father was Melville also.
