I have a RUTH COURTRIGHT, b. July 1861 in Ohio, who married John LOUIS MASKROD in October 1869 in Crawford County, KS. She was his second wife. Louis had moved to KS from Kankakee County, IL. They had 5 children: John Arthur, Loran, Flora and the twins, Adaline and Abigail. Ruth's parents were Anson and Mary COURTRIGHT.
