I am looking for descendants or information on JACOB ROBERT HOLMAN, and it could also be spelled HOLDMAN. He was born 18 Aug 1851, in MO, and lived most of his life in Fayette County, IL. He died 24 Aug 1933, and is buried in Mt. Pleasant Cem., Fayette County. He married Emma Porter and had the following children: 1. Thomas J. Holdman, bn cir 1871, in Fayette County 2. Thomas SEXTON had probably lived in Missouri for a time in the early 1860's, since his son Thomas, was born there (according to his marriage record). Don't see Emma's Porter family in 1870.
